• Secure the assembly with additional bolts/nuts, ensuring a final torque of ‌25 N·m‌ as per the manufacturer’s diagram‌
• Reconnect electrical terminals and ensure proper alignment with the engine bracket‌

‌4. Connecting Hoses and Belts‌

• Remove PVC insulation tape from hoses and apply compressor oil to O-rings before installation‌
• Attach ‌discharge and suction hoses‌ with new O-rings, tightening fittings to ‌9.8 N·m‌‌
• Reinstall the ‌multi-ribbed belt‌ and adjust tension for smooth operation‌

‌5. Evacuation and Refrigerant Charging‌

• Use a ‌vacuum pump‌ to evacuate the system for ‌30–60 minutes‌ to remove moisture and air‌
• Charge refrigerant (e.g., R134a) according to the vehicle’s specified capacity, measured with a precision scale‌

‌6. Final Checks and Testing‌

• Start the engine and run the AC at maximum cooling to verify clutch engagement and cold airflow‌
