3. Can you provide test reports for a recent batch?

Real factories keep records. Brokers don’t.

4. What brand of bearings do you use?

NSK, SKF, or equivalent? No-name bearings fail early.

5. What type of oil do you pre-fill?

PAG, POE? Viscosity? Wrong oil = dead compressor.

6. How long is your warranty?

12 months is standard. 24 months shows confidence.

7. Do you have ISO 9001 or IATF 16949?

Basic quality certification. Non-negotiable for serious buyers.

8. Can I visit your factory or take a live video tour?

If no → red flag.

9. What’s your typical lead time for bulk orders?

30–45 days is normal for sea freight. Anything longer = capacity issues.

10. Can you provide references from buyers in my region?

A reliable supplier will connect you with existing customers.
